I can't find the label for an item sold
Good evening, I paid and created the label with Packlink, but now I can no longer find the downloaded file and I can't reprint the label because by mistake I said the parcel had been sent. (or does that simply happen after you create the label? it's the second time I've sold an item on eBay, I still don't remember the procedure well)
How can I download the label again? I tried following the link given by the eBay site and it tells me it's NON-EXISTENT.
Helpaaa I have until tomorrow to send the parcel !!

Unfortunately I’ve already tried both links and I can’t find the label, I’ve already carried out all the steps in the first link to generate it, but in the end it didn’t download it for me. When I go to my sold items, it only lets me print the invoice.
