I can't see who I bought an item from
I can't see who I bought an item from and where it is; I'd like to cancel the order since it's a used item and I was supposed to give it as a gift. How can I do it??

The only way you have is to ask the seller for their kind cooperation, remembering that they are not obliged to accept your request, try reading here:
