They say they don't understand why the platform isn't working, and in the last message they tell me that they can't do anything because they've outsourced the return to an outside company, so I have to arrange the shipment through an external courier and sort it out myself... THIS is the SUPPORT... SHAMEFUL. In turn, the seller says he can't do anything, and after a few emails trying to find a solution he doesn't even reply anymore and is trying to buy time and drag the return past the deadline, so I'll be forced to keep it... I think that if this is the support and these are the conditions, it will be my last purchase on Ebay and I'll speak very badly of it. If anyone has any advice to give me, I thank you in advance...
