I can't add photos in the feedback.

The item I bought arrived today, and I’d like to leave positive feedback but eBay won’t let me.
I tried changing the image file name, I tried changing it from .jpeg to .png, I tried lowering the resolution, but nothing.
Then I tried switching internet connections between the modem, my phone, and then back to my modem while trying everything with the image itself, and that didn’t work either.
Then I tried disabling the adblocker I had while also trying everything I mentioned before, but with the adblocker disabled, and even then nothing.
Then I tried clearing my history and cookies, and still nothing.
Out of desperation I tried temporarily changing my browser from FireFox to Chrome, and that doesn’t work either.
I want to know whether there is a fault on eBay’s servers or if there is something else, because I tried looking around the internet for solutions, both in Italian and in English, all recently asked questions, but all the answers eBay staff have given are just things that can be described as “It’s all your problem, have you tried this and that?”
This thing is stressing me out because I don’t want to give the seller any doubt that the item hasn’t arrived, especially since I was also initially stressed when eBay was giving errors in the order details when it started giving me “CITY, STATE 0000” without knowing what happened to the package, and I’d like to give the seller confirmation that everything went well, but eBay still refuses to cooperate.
Please, I’d like some help or at least a concrete confirmation, thanks.

Mentore4 months agoLet's say that, in practical terms, it's not possible... because only you know what you bought, where you bought it, and how long it took to arrive...
If I'm not mistaken, you should only have 60 days to leave feedback.
