I can't activate the two domestic and international shipping options. But eBay isn't helping me.

I’d like to add free domestic and paid international ones, but I can’t. Can someone help me!!!

Set the shipping rules on your listings….. https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/shipping-items/impostare-le-opzioni-di-spedizione?id=4089

At the bottom you’ll also find the link to have customer service call you.
