hi! I don’t know about you, but I’ve been trying for 3/4 days to do what the site tells me to start the refund request, but all it tells me is "Sorry, a technical problem has occurred," I tried it on multiple devices (PC and phone), do you think it’s a problem on my end? also because I tried contacting support via chat but in the end the same message appears on the screen... meh
