Hello, I have a problem with a payment with PayPal. When I make the payment, I get a message saying that it is impossible to complete the payment and to enter another payment method. I've been having this problem for two days. How can I fix it?

Contact PayPal customer service.

Almost certainly the problem is between you and them, not between PayPal and eBay.
