I can't get the return label
Hello everyone,
I can’t get a return label for an item.
I select the item to return, enter the package details (dimensions, weight) but it won’t let me continue, it asks me to enter an email address but there is no field on the page where I can do that.
eBay support wasn’t helpful, I chatted with two different people, the first one in the resi.ebay.it helpdesk told me there was a problem with the resi.ebay.it site and to contact support for the main site, I contact support and they send me back to resi.ebay.it
Has this happened to anyone else?
How can I continue with the return?

Mentore2 years agoIf you can't get to the bottom of it, maybe it's better to use another shipping service; there are plenty of other services on the web, just remember to update the return status manually afterward.

OP2 years agoOkay, thanks, tomorrow since it's Monday I'll try again with eBay support, maybe by phone instead of chat, and if they still can't help me I'll send it myself.
