I can no longer set the shipping type in the form to post listings
Good evening, this afternoon I was preparing a listing for a customer who needs to buy a lot of books and while I was finishing it I noticed that I could no longer choose any shipping method, because the following message appears: "no shipping service found based on your input"; moreover, at the top of the page this message appears in English: "You are using business policy, which is not supported by this listing tool, please sign up Seller Hub so you can use the business tool to list items properly".
I should add that I am a private seller.
Basically, at the moment eBay only allows me to do in-person pickup at my home and I can no longer choose the shipping method via postal service or express courier.
What can I do?

OP3 years agoSorry to bother you, but I think I managed to solve the problem by disabling the rules manager and canceling the related subscription, which I probably had activated by mistake.
