I wasn't able to download the shipping label I need to do?
Good morning, I wasn't able to download the shipping label for delivery. I manually made another shipment through the postal service and not through eBay, will the customer still be able to confirm the order even if it won't show as delivered in the tracking through eBay?

the customer can't confirm anything... it's the tracking that will prove delivery, so if you don't enter the correct one in your sale details, ebay will never be able to mark it as delivered.
