I can no longer find the option to request to be contacted by phone
Last night I received a message from eBay accusing me of shill bidding (which is not true) and asking me to contact them about it. The problem is that I can no longer find the option to request a callback. How can I get them to call me back and explain the situation?

OP1 year agoThanks for the reply, but it's the same path I was taking and it leads nowhere. If you click on "Contact us," the selection of the various options opens up, but there is no longer the possibility to say that you want to be called back; at least I couldn't find it.
