Hello everyone. I bought a used

technology item on eBay, starting from the Google search bar. When it arrived it had a major defect that had not been specified. I'm trying to make a return (even after contacting the seller, who is very helpful). However, this item does not appear among my purchases in the app. From the emails, of course, I am the buyer with the Item ID, Order Number, my

buyer details, etc etc..

But it doesn't appear in my list of purchases through the app, with my account linked to the email. What should I do? Who should I contact to start the

return process? The seller is willing to

do it for me, but I can't start the process since

chlistn is not in my purchase list. Has this ever happened to anyone? Thanks a lot
