I can't find a recently purchased item that I want to return
I can’t find an item I recently bought that I want to return, or rather the seller doesn’t accept returns, but I think the item is covered by eBay warranty. The return process I started didn’t go through, a message tells me to try again. The item was delivered to me yesterday and the purchase date is 17/12/2024

Mentore1 year agoIf the seller doesn’t accept returns, you can return the item only if it doesn’t match what was described in the listing (different, broken, defective, ….).
