I can’t see the item in purchases anymore

Hello everyone, after having bought an item, it happened to me that it never arrived.

The surprising thing is that since in the meantime I had to replace my phone, now the purchase I made on eBay no longer shows up either.

But the money was taken out of my account.

Can someone help me?

The purchase is tied to the account, not the phone.

If you can't find it, at the bottom of the same page, there's a link to have customer support call you.
