Hello everyone. I bought a used tech item on eBay, starting from the Google search bar. When it arrived, it had a major defect that hadn’t been mentioned. I’m trying to return it (even after contacting the seller, who is very helpful). However, this item doesn’t appear among my purchases in the app.
From the emails, I’m obviously listed as the buyer, with the Item ID, order number, my buyer details, etc. etc...
But it doesn’t appear in my list of purchases through the app, with my account linked to the email. What should I do? Who should I contact to start the return process? The seller is willing to do it for me, but I can’t start the process since it’s not in my purchase list. Has this ever happened to anyone? Thanks a lot
