There are three possibilities:

You may have set the notifications so you don’t receive them https://www.ebay.it/help/changing-account-settings/account/notifiche?id=4203&st=3&pos=1&query=Notifiche&intent=settare%20notifiche&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1102;
you entered the email address incorrectly https://www.ebay.it/help/managing-contact-information/selling/setting-changing-payment-method/fees-credits-invoices?id=4797&st=3&pos=6&query=Gestire%20le%20tue%20informazioni%20di%20contatto&intent=info%20contatto&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1466;
they end up in spam (check there too and, if necessary, change your email provider’s settings).
