On 29/11/2023 I purchased the following item:
DURST M601 / DURST M601 FILTER DRAWER / DURST FILTER HOLDER DRAWER
EUR 25,00.
I have two Ebay emails that prove this, complete with tracking, as well as the payment receipt by card (€ 33,00 including shipping costs).
Well, the item in question never arrived (it was supposed to arrive on 4/12/2023) and in my purchase history nothing appears anymore, therefore, I can no longer interact with either Ebay or the seller.
It really seems like a plain and simple scam. I urgently await a response from you. Otherwise, in addition to no longer using Ebay, I promise to do the worst possible publicity against Ebay through the most varied means.

I don’t think so... this is a public forum, not eBay support.
So, if you have the tracking number, did you check it on the courier’s website?
If it doesn’t show up in your history, it means you bought as a guest... so read here:

Before badmouthing a site whose workings you don’t even know, maybe it’d be better to read a “couple” of pages where it’s explained to you.
