Good evening,
I purchased 2 shells described as natural.
Unfortunately, the items that arrived with Order number: 05-10999-39313 are fake, that is, they are not natural shells and, moreover, the colors are painted/printed and one is broken.
I contacted the seller, who says: sorry, send me a photo.
He knows very well that they are FAKE!
Now the return shipping is at my expense (China), but how can I pay costs for returning fake items, not in line with the description.

if the items do not conform to the listing, the return shipping costs are the seller's responsibility, even if they're in China.
Open the correct request... namely this one:
