I AM WRITING HERE BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT E-BAY DIRECTLY:

Good morning E-Bay,

I am writing to inform you that the parcel declared as “Delivered Thu. 23 Mar. - Fri. 24 Mar.” was instead delivered yesterday, April 3, 2023, around 2:00 p.m.

So:

- no refund should be made,

- but the behavior of the courier, whose identity I do not know, should be strongly condemned, and I also hope with your intervention, since it is impossible to know who is responsible for the “last mile” and this too is highly deplorable.

To find out which courier was given the package, just check the tracking. File a complaint with them. Then if they subcontracted the final delivery, that will be their problem.
