order number or item number not recognized
I started a return for this item. The seller hasn't replied to me. eBay tells me to click the link after August 17, but the procedure doesn't recognize either the order number or the item number or its name.

Mentore1 year agoThe return process seems to have started; if the seller hasn’t replied within the 3 working days they have available, you can check the status of your request and, if necessary, ask ebay to step in.
