New Shipment
Hello. I apologize in advance for what may be an obvious question.. I'm new to the platform. I sold an item, and when choosing the shipping method I accidentally pressed the wrong button and selected an incorrect shipping method. So I canceled the shipment, thinking I could start the process over from scratch.. but it doesn't seem like I can do that. What can I do?

you can buy the label wherever you prefer, you are not required to use eBay Shipping.

Mentore1 year agoAs already answered, you are not obliged to use eBay shipping.
You can go directly to the post office to ship, or buy the label from another shipping broker, just search for them on the internet and follow the instructions.
