New Cross-Border Regime active from January 1, 2025 foreign VAT exemption

Good morning, for about 15 days now I have been fighting with eBay support
To have the new cross-border regime applied to my account, asking what I need to do and how

But no one has been able to give me an answer. Being VAT-exempt, am I entitled to make use of this new regime also within the eBay platform? Instead, they require me to register for OSS, which in practice would make me pay VAT to other states, something that no longer happens with the new VAT regime for foreign sales.
Has anyone had the same problem as me?
