New seller in trouble

I mistakenly left an item that is no longer available on sale on behalf of a third party, a buyer sent me the money for the purchase, but it’s blocked because of the dispute the buyer rightly opened, but since it’s blocked I can’t refund him, what can I do? HELPPPPPP. THANKS
