I made a purchase, an electronic cigarette along with other stuff, but the seller doesn't reply to messages
Good morning, on January 26 I made a purchase of an electronic cigarette plus 3 atomizers, plus a 9 battery and a case. I sent several messages to the seller to ask when the goods I bought would be shipped, to let me know, but nothing, no response. I don't find that fair; not only do you pay right away, but then they don't even reply to you. I don't think that's right. I also tried to block the order, but nothing, by now it has been assigned to me I think, but what worries me most is that they don't respond. I would like to be protected; if by the end of January 31, 2024 it had not arrived, I ask for my money back. Thanks, because it is not possible for someone to put goods up for sale that someone buys and not even pay attention to the messages, given that they have received money that does not come from the sky. I really hope it arrives. Have a good day, otherwise I ask eBay support to block the money until I have certainty of receiving the item that I listed, spending 70 euros. Thanks

on ebay it is forbidden to sell e-cigarettes and everything related to them... as a result, buying them is forbidden too!
Anyway, sellers are under no obligation to answer questions; it's just a matter of courtesy.
