Obligation to accept a return for an incompatible purchase?
I am the seller of an item listed as "non-returnable". The buyer contacted me saying they would like to return it because they bought it without checking compatibility. I would like to know: am I required to accept the return in this case?

Mentore8 months agoNO, non sei obbligato. Puoi rifiutare il reso.
Ti consiglierei comunque di accettarlo per suo ripensamento, così che il reso sia a suo carico e tu ci rimetti solo la spedizione di andata. Molto spesso capita che per resi rifiutati partono poi contestazioni sui pagamenti, con false motivazioni, che ti obbligano al rimborso.
