Good evening, I placed an order as a not-yet-registered user on 11/18, with delivery scheduled for 11/25. It never arrived. On 11/25 I then registered, making an account on Ebay, and in the chat I was shown what was my order. A back-and-forth with the seller began over the fact that the 'pickup point' did not take my package in charge... and now the seller is waiting for the package to come back to him, meaning the sender, and is not willing to refund me or send another item to another 'pickup point' until the first one sent has been returned to him... but the worst part is that you can't get hold of anyone at Ebay because the order number is loaded in the chat but not in the account history, which I created later, so the seller keeps dragging things out and on the Ebay account it is impossible to trace the order because it is not 'linked' to the account!!!
