I sold two items to the same buyer, they asked for a return but returned only one item without all the accessories I also have a video made at the time of delivery I can't attach the photos from this file

Mentore4 months agoVideo and attachments, for online sales, would prove nothing. If videos were taken into consideration, it would be too easy to do ad hoc unboxings.
So if the buyer states that they returned everything they received, you will be forced to refund them.
If the two products were combined into a single transaction with a single shipment, both must be refunded.
If the two products belonged to two different transactions, the disputed transaction must be refunded.
