This online offer without shipping
Hello, I want to place a bid on an online auction but I want to pick up the item locally. On the bid confirmation screen, the shipping costs are already being counted as an integral part of the bid. What do I need to do to limit the bid to the cost of the item?

if the seller does not provide for local pickup, there is nothing you can do about it.
If shipping is included, you must accept the seller’s conditions, or not take part in the auction.
