Hello, several months ago I bought a solar power bank here on eBay. The item never arrived. After making the first report, I was told they would send it again because it also shows as never delivered on their end. After that it still never arrived, and after countless messages they told me to check with the post offices to find out what happened to it. I obviously said no and asked for a refund. They've been taking me for a ride for at least 2 months now... And I don't even know how to leave a super negative review. Can anyone give me some guidance?

The PayPal dispute .....on the PayPal website.
Otherwise, if you paid directly by credit card, you can ask your card issuer to do a chargeback.

Mentore3 years agoIf you paid with Paypal and you're still within the timeframe ( six months ) open a dispute for item not received.
