good evening to everyone present, I am suffering a serious injustice from ebay
a few months ago a bag arrived from Japan I was in the hospital for a tumor
the driver tells me that this bag was out for delivery and customs had to be paid otherwise
it would be sent back .
I pay the customs and tell the driver not to deliver it to me because I wasn't home we'll get in touch again for the delivery .
The night before going to sleep I was under sedatives for the pain I see on the messages that it was delivered .
At almost midnight who do I call ?
My nephew answers me, I explain everything to him, he is 25 km from my house, he leaves to pick up the bag
He calls me, uncle, look, there is no package .
as I imagined, along the road near the trash bins, anyone could have taken it
Now ebay won't pay me because the tracking says it was delivered .

Mentore3 months agoIf it shows as delivered (and it also shows that you paid the customs fees), you’re out of luck. No one will be able to help you get a refund from ebay.
Maybe it would be easier to try against the courier with a denial of the signature (but here too there’s the problem of the payment made).
