Items stuck in the cart after requesting combined shipping | Questions and answers among users

Good morning everyone, after requesting combined shipping for two items, I got the seller’s OK. I made the payment directly from the link in the request result (not from the eBay cart) and the items show as paid in my purchase history. In the eBay cart, though, the items still show as unpaid and it’s not possible to remove them. Has this ever happened to anyone? Thanks in advance!
