Items bought were not new as advertised, partial refund?
Hello, I bought two items together from the same seller who had listed them as “New, never used” but opening the boxes it’s clear that this isn’t the case. The seller doesn’t accept returns and I don’t even feel like sending them back, I admit they can still work fine like this, but the price I paid isn’t right for what I received. Can I open a partial refund case?

Mentore3 years agoNo, the case is opened for the return... the partial refund is an option reserved for the seller, who will decide whether to offer it or accept the return at their own expense... for item not as described...
