Items delivered after a refund for late delivery: how can the seller defend themselves?
I sold an item through tracked international shipping. After three weeks the package seems to be in transit but not delivered. The buyer understandably intends to request a refund from eBay (the payment to me is pending, meaning it is still in eBay's hands).
Question: if the item were to be delivered AFTER the buyer has been refunded, how can I get my money back or have the item returned to me?
Thanks

Mentore1 year agoSince with the refund the item has become your property again, you can send them a message offering to pay the return shipping costs (you can send them a prepaid label, if they don't use it you can get it refunded).
If they don't ship it within 15 days, report them for embezzlement.
