I sold an item through tracked international shipping. After three weeks the package seems to be in transit but not delivered. The buyer understandably intends to request a refund from eBay (the payment to me is pending, meaning it is still in eBay's hands). Question: if the item were to be delivered AFTER the buyer has been refunded, how can I get my money back or have the item returned to me? Thanks
