fake items???
Summary: The discussion began with debbenny asking about "fake objects." Then, marioelegio replied, but no specific content was provided in the posts. There are no further details or conclusions due to the lack of explicit content in the messages.
Good evening, I bought a Swarovski necklace that was described in the listing as used but still original, the item arrived in a brand-new package and box but with no identifying code anywhere. No warranty, (but I understand that it may not have been kept either) but not even the barcode that the company puts on the back of the tag on the new product. I know this because I often buy this brand. Now, since the packaging and tag were brand new, it’s clear that it was not used, but it had actually never been applied because there isn’t any mark. The Swarovski store in my city tells me there should be one. My question is: do I have the right to have proof of the product’s originality? The seller claims that even in the photo the barcode was not visible and therefore he sent me the goods as shown in the photo and that I should be fine with that. It seems like a ridiculous objection to me; in the photo the tag had the brand image and the code is usually on the back, so it’s possible for the photo to show the product and not the code, but that does not mean it shouldn’t be there. Thank you

Mentore1 year agoGranted that if you buy a used item, you can’t expect there to be the original packaging, certificate, and label.
If you’re really sure it’s a fake ….. https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041
The return shipping costs will be paid by the seller.
