Multiple items
Hi,
I have had a page for a long time where I have sold many things, last week I sold an item, there were two available, but as I have done on other occasions, the price was each, in the end I shipped both parts, also because the buyer claimed so, today the same situation, the price for me was each, but I don't know what to do, ebay removed the product, but from the payment I infer that in this case too I must have done something wrong, or there is a problem on ebay's side. the first was a Buy It Now, the second an auction. Can you help me? How can I contact ebay? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoIf you make listings like that ..... writing in the title that you're referring to two pieces....
Parker PS1- E181 pneumatic unit, original packaging, 4/2 function Qty 2 pcs
it is absolutely normal for the buyer to then expect 2 pieces.
For listings with multiple quantities, the listing must be created.... https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/listings/creating-managing-listings/multiquantity-listings-listings-variations?id=4150&st=3&pos=1&query=Inserzioni%20con%20pi%C3%B9%20oggetti%20e%20inserzioni%20con%20varianti&intent=varianti&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1059

Mentore2 years agoThe August sales, however, referred to items correctly listed for sale with multiple quantities, so you already knew the procedures.

OP2 years agoin fact, I’d like to understand where I went wrong so I don’t repeat the mistake, even though the sale you reviewed earlier was subject to an offer.
Thanks

Mentore2 years agoIt seems pretty simple to me... if in the title you indicate two pieces, but the price refers to only one... you can figure out for yourself where you went wrong.
If you had two to sell, no mention of the quantity in the title and you correctly indicated the available quantity in the listing.
Kind regards.
