Items sold that remain in auction.

Hello
for some time now I’ve noticed that the items I sell still remain available in auction, even though under quantity, from the very beginning, the availability of a single item is indicated. This exposes me to the risk of having to cancel sales for items that have already been sold (a penalty as a user in eBay’s eyes) and to having to check every time that the item has actually disappeared from the listings. It just happened to me with two items, one sold yesterday and the other today, and checking again the list of my items for sale, I discovered, despite having been doing this check for some time, that items already sold months ago were still listed for sale. This happens on both of my two accounts. Has anyone had, or is anyone having, a similar experience? Thanks.

Mentore1 year agoNo, never happened.
Could it be that you created identical listings yourself?
Kind regards.

OP1 year agoThanks, but I checked and that’s not the case; it’s as if there were a mismatch on the listings because they still appear to be active only apparently, because then if someone reaches the listing from another route and tries to buy, the system says the item is sold out. Regards
