Items sold, but the buyer doesn't pay and doesn't respond

It’s absurd that out of 8 listings I posted, all 8 items were sold, and in 4 of them the buyer doesn’t pay and doesn’t respond to the payment request, or after a few days asks me to cancel the order.

How is it possible that this platform allows this kind of behavior???!!!

I could have understood it if it had happened to me once or twice, but in fact 50% of my listings go unpaid, it’s absurd, and above all it’s absurd that eBay doesn’t take action against behavior like this!

Fortunately there are platforms that protect the seller. Ebay is really a terrible platform.

Ebay takes action.

If you report users who don’t pay, ebay warns them. The first warning has no effect, but after the second these users begin to face increasing restrictions that can even lead to the account being blocked.

If your buying activities have been limited, the reasons may be:

You’ve only recently started using our site and you’re making a lot of purchases or buying expensive items
You’ve suddenly and significantly increased your bidding and buying activity
You have an excessive number of unpaid items or canceled orders due to non-payment of the item on your account
You are the highest bidder in many online auctions, but you have not yet paid for any item
