Good morning everyone, on January 29 I bought a used S25 Ultra from a user with few feedback ratings (6); they were still positive and I made an offer and the seller accepted. I paid and less than 5 minutes after payment he sent me the tracking code. I thought everything was fine, but the item was never actually shipped, in fact after many days it turns out to be nonexistent. There I realized I had been scammed. I filed a complaint and, after no response from the seller, I opened a dispute with eBay for item not received. On February 12 eBay sent me an email saying that the dispute had been closed in my favor, but since it is a high amount it needs approval from the higher team. After several days, still nothing. I contacted them again and on February 16 they told me the same thing, to wait because the amount is high. Today is the 20th and still nothing, and since I paid with PayPal in 3 installments, on the 28th they will take the second installment. How much longer do I have to wait according to your experiences? Do I still have to pay the second installment if I still have no news from eBay? Thanks
