I ordered an item but it was shipped to me with dhl Parket international without tracking I have already received the refund the item was shipped on April 2 has it been lost or do I still need to wait thanks to whoever will help me

If you don't receive what you ordered, once the delivery deadline has passed, request a refund through eBay.
