Mentore1 year agoIf it arrived very late, the buyer may have asked for a refund, and since you didn’t respond, eBay may have refunded them on your behalf, withholding your payment.
If now the buyer doesn’t cooperate and doesn’t pay you again or if they don’t return the item to you (at your expense), the only thing you can do is report them for embezzlement.
