Item purchased in Shinzen in China and it never arrived to me.....
Good evening, I would like to understand why an item that left China on June 27 arrived with an email on July 9. It should have arrived in the destination country, that is, here in Italy, and from that moment on, complete silence; it’s not clear where my order is anymore. I only have a long tracking number, and when I click on it, it says that on July 9 this item arrived in the destination country, but after that no news.....
