Item purchased from UK seller

I purchased an item from a UK seller on April 16 with delivery times from April 25 to 29. According to the tracking, only the day before yesterday it would have been shipped from the Global Shipping Center in Litchfield to my destination (which I assume means Italy and not my home), but since then I haven't had any other tracking and on eBay's site there is still only that GPS international shipping system UPA. I wanted to know if this is normal and if it's possible that it still hasn't arrived in Italy and if so, since tomorrow is April 25 so a holiday in Italy and then there are Saturday and Sunday in between, should I automatically think that it will never manage to arrive by April 29 as eBay had assured?
