Item purchased and after 1 week it still hasn't been shipped
Hello, good morning. I made a purchase on June 5, and as of today, June 12, the tracking only shows paid and still not shipped, and I have contacted the seller 3 times without a response.
I wanted to know who I can contact to get help or to get a refund?.

first of all, have you carefully read the terms of sale, such as the processing times?
If the seller says they ship after 10 days, there’s no reason to worry or bombard them with questions.
In any case, also check the estimated delivery date; if it has passed, you can open a report:
