I bought an item, paid and completed the purchase, the seller always replied to me kindly, now since they shipped it (at least that's what it says) they no longer answer my questions about the tracking of the package, can someone help me? could the package not have been shipped despite the email saying it was dispatched? thanks in advance to whoever replies to me
