I bought an item, I have the confirmation email from ebay, but the item never arrived, inexplicably there is no trace of the purchase on my account... Why does every article in the help section tell me to check my purchase history first, which is empty, though.The only thing left for me is to contact them by phone, but there is no number on the site.Do you know what the ebay italy number is?
