item purchased never received, courier says delivery made seller won't refund
what should I do? I bought a product that never arrived, yesterday I found a notification that the item was delivered to my address, no one contacted me and the item never arrived, I’m asking for a refund and the seller is washing their hands of it, claiming the courier shows it as delivered. But a penalty?

Mentore7 months agoIf a package with that code shows as delivered to your address, no one will ever be able to refund you.
All you can do is take it up with the courier; they have internal procedures for these cases, all the way to filing a complaint to contest the signature.
