Purchase listing, but the seller has disappeared
I bought a product, but I noticed that the shipment hadn't started.
I contacted the seller and he said he was having some problems.
After a week I still hadn't received any reply, so I opened a dispute to get the item. The seller still hasn't replied.
Besides, he changed from a professional seller to a simple reseller, and also changed his name.
Will I ever get my money back when the dispute ends?

Mentore3 years agoOn eBay, it is not possible to change an account from business to private.
If more than three business days have passed since the dispute was opened, ask eBay to step in.

OP3 years agoI started the dispute yesterday to request the item. Ebay tells me to wait until the 8th of this month, after which they will step in.
