Item arrived at destination but eBay tracking has been stuck for days
Good evening, I’m new to the platform and I’ve run into a problem. A couple of weeks ago I sold an item, shipped it with Raccomandata Posta Internazionale to Germany and entered the tracking number on Ebay. The item arrived at its destination last Friday, and the buyer confirmed that everything was okay, also leaving me positive feedback, but the tracking for both Poste Italiane and Deutsche Post hasn’t updated anymore and has been stuck on “in transit” for days. Is it possible to somehow manually “set” the order as “delivered” on Ebay? I know it’s a minor issue, since I’m sure the item actually reached its destination anyway, but I don’t like seeing an item in my sales history that stays “in transit” when that isn’t true.

Mentore1 year agoUnfortunately it depends on the German postal service. If they don't update the tracking, how could ebay do it?

OP1 year agoI know it depends on the post office scanner if the package isn’t updated anymore, but I was asking whether through eBay the buyer could mark the item as “received,” just like the seller marks the item as “shipped”
