item arrived damaged but shipped in excellent condition
I’m asking you how I should handle this.
I sold a pair of used shoes from a well-known brand, and I shipped them properly and in excellent condition. The buyer writes to me saying the shoes arrived damaged and sends me some photos of the shoes in an obvious damaged state; it looks like they cut the sole on both shoes, but the box is intact, the buyer tells me, but they don’t send me any photos of the box. I ask them how that could be possible and anyway to open a dispute, but they ask me for a partial refund because they would like to keep the shoes (I don’t know what to do because I really don’t think they can be repaired from what the photos show). So I can’t understand how this happened... I shipped through eBay, maybe the courier did something or maybe the buyer is trying to scam me... I don’t know how to handle this if I refund them I’ll get back the broken shoes that I had sent in excellent condition... I can’t talk to anyone at eBay...

in questi casi ebay non può aiutarti...
Se lp'acquirente ti ha già apertio richiesta di reso, hai due strade:
Non temporeggiare, perchè se l'utente chiede l'intervento di ebay rischi di perdere soldi ed oggetto.
